Bread Pudding Recipe

20gm butter

2 eggs

80gm sugar

200ml coconut milk

150ml plain milk( in carton)

1tsp vanila essense

6 slices bread

50gm raisin

sugar to sprinkle

Brush a cake tin with butter

heat oven to 180 degree

Beat egg+ sugar

Add in coconut milk & plain milk

followed by vanilla, bread n raisin

Stir well, then leave for 25min

Pour into tin, sprinkle sugar on top

n bake for 30min
