CG Get-together!!!!!! @ Shine Auditorium

Dear North and Northeast Zone Care Group Leaders,

West Zone just completed their Zone Getaway last Saturday 13th September and they had a wonderful time of fun, food (spiritual also) and fellowship. That brings us to 5 completed Getaways for all our 5 Zones. Halleluiah!! And the praise and testimonies are still coming in of healings and breakthroughs. Something good always happens when each Care Group meets and better still, when all the Care Groups of each Zone meet.

We want to do another event to celebrate the open doors that Jesus has given us through the Zone Getaways. We want to enlarge the family by inviting ALL the members of two Zones together (because of space constraints) to join us for a Combined Zone Gathering at Shine Auditorium on Tuesday 14th October 2014. We will start off with North and Northeast Zones!

We want to bring together North and Northeast Zones (those who came for the Getaways and those couldn’t make it for one reason or another) to join us for a 1 night celebration. I’m aware that 14th October and 17th October is on the Care Group week. So I’ve decided that we will not have Care Group (the unstructured one) that week for these two Zones but we will use this opportunity to meet together as ONE!

Just remember, there are """NO baby sitting""" or Rock Kidz facilities at the Shine Auditorium on that day.

Care Group Leaders, please help us to make this announcement at your coming CG Meeting on 23rd and 26th September and enthusiastically encourage your members to join us.

On the church office side, we will also be sending out NOAH invites to all your members from the North and Northeast Zones during the week of 29th September to 1 October. Your members will have to RSVP their attendance for the Gathering, latest by 10th October. The RSVP will give us a good estimate on the numbers that will attend so that it will allow us to plan accordingly. SO DO STRONGLY ENCOURAGE your members to RSVP. In the event members do not receive their NOAH email invites, they can log on to their NOAH accounts and check for it under ‘My Calendar’.

I’m looking forward in anticipation of the good things the Lord will do in our midst as we gather as a larger family. We can reacquaint ourselves with old friends and make new ones.
